How long does an order take?
Every item is made to order. Most orders print and ship within 2–5 business days, then travel via standard domestic shipping. You'll get a shipping notification with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — the storefront currently ships to US addresses only. International shipping may come later as the catalog grows.
What if my size doesn't fit?
Check the size guide on each product page before ordering — since these are made to order, we can't offer free exchanges for a sizing miss the way a stocked-inventory store might. See Shipping & Returns for exactly what is and isn't covered.
My shirt arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
That's on us — contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll sort out a reprint or refund. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is fully supported. Creating an account just lets you see your order history in one place.
How do I check my order status?
If you created an account at checkout, sign in and visit Account → Order history. Otherwise, use the link in your confirmation email.
